- Data persists until you manually delete it or uninstall the app
- Uninstalling the app permanently removes all data from your device

- We recommend using the Export Data feature regularly to back up your data
- Exported data is saved to your device and can be imported later
- You are responsible for securing your exported backup files

5.1 Current Third-Party Services
HabitGP currently does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. All data processing occurs locally on your device.

We may integrate the following services in future versions:

- All notifications are generated locally on your device

We do not currently use remote push notifications. If this feature is added in the future, we will update this policy and request your permission.
7. Children's Privacy
HabitGP does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. Since all data is stored locally and not transmitted, no personal information is collected from any users, including children.

You have complete access to all your data through the app interface:
- View all habits and completion history
- Export all data at any time
- Review app settings and preferences
8.2 Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time:
- Delete individual habits in the app
- Clear all data via
Settings → General → Clear All Data - Uninstall the app to remove all data permanently
8.3 Data Export
- Use
Settings → General → Export Datato create a backup - Exported data is in JSON format
- You can import this data later or on another device
8.4 GDPR Rights (EU Users)
If you are in the European Union, you have additional rights:
- Right to Access: Request information about data we process
- Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data

- Active Use: Data persists as long as you use the app
- After Deletion: Data is immediately removed from your device
- After Uninstall: All data is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app
